Transfer Site
Acceptable Items
At No Cost:
- clean wood, trees/brush/branches,
- recyclables (cardboard, paper), scrap metal, miscellaneous metal (lawn mowers, rototillers, barbeques, swings)
- small appliances (toasters, crockpots – metal outsides only, toaster ovens)
At a Cost:
household garbage
$1.50 per bagmedium-size appliances (mini fridges, water coolers)
$10.00 eachlarge-size appliances (washers, fridges, stoves)
$25.00 eachtoilets (porcelain)
$10.00 each
Other fees may apply at the discretion of the Transfer Site Operator.
The Transfer Site Operator has final say on all acceptable items.
Unacceptable Items
- electronics
- tires
- batteries
- asphalt/shingles
- rocks
- cement
- asbestos
- antifreeze
- paint/paint cans
- fuel tanks
- propane tanks
- animal carcasses
- butchered meats or byproducts
- contaminated brush/soil,
- liquid waste or any other hazardous materials
- vehicles
- ATV and other motorized riding equipment,
- construction waste
- medium and large furniture
- mattresses or box springs
- microwave ovens
