ASSESSMENT ROLL NOTICE
Village of Loon Lake
Notice is hereby given that the Assessment Roll for the Village of Loon Lake for 2023 has been prepared and is open to inspection by appointment at the office of the Administrator of the Municipality, April 21 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST, Monday to Friday inclusive, except Statutory Holidays, until the time for lodging appeals has expired on May 22, 2023.
Assessment notices have been sent as per bylaw passed pursuant to section 214 of The Municipalities Act.
Any person who desires to object to the assessment of himself/herself or any other person must, within 30 days after the date of the publication of the notice, submit appeals along with $50 fee to: Liana Stepan, Secretary, Board of Revisions c/o Western Municipal Consulting, Box 149, Meota, SK S0M 1X0. A copy of your appeal should also be sent to: Erin Simpson, Assessor, Village of Loon Lake, Box 40, Loon Lake, SK S0M 1L0. Assessment Appeal Fee will be refunded if your appeal is successful.
