Important Notice to the Residents of the Village of Loon Lake

Dear Residents,

In the event of another postal strike, Village of Loon Lake may be unable to send Utility Bills and or Tax Notices by mail. We will continue to email to those already set up for E-Billing.

What You Can Do to ensure you receive your information in a timely manner:

• Sign Up for E-Billing
  • To avoid future disruptions and ensure reliable delivery of your Utility bills and Tax Notices, we encourage you to sign up for e-billing. By opting for e-billing, you will receive your Utility bill and Tax Notice via email, ensuring timely and convenient access.
  • To enroll, please contact the Village Office or visit our website to find the E-mail Consent Form under the Contacts and Forms page or click on this link.

• Inquire About Your Bill: you can stop by the office to receive a copy of your documents or info@villageofloonlake.ca to request a copy.
• Visit Our Website: Additional information and updates will be available at www.villageofloonlake.ca.

Payment Options:

We offer a couple of convenient ways to pay your Utility bill and or Tax Notice:

1. Online Banking:
   • Pay through online banking with CIBC or your local Credit Union (Except Affinity).
     1. For Utility Payments – add the Village of Loon Lake (utility) as a payee and include your account number, your account number is located in the top right-hand corner of your previous water bill.
     2. For Property Tax payments – add the Village of Loon Lake (tax) as a payee and include your roll number, located in the top left-hand corner or customer number, located above your name and address, on your Tax Notice
2. **NEW**E-Transfer:
   • The Village of Loon Lake is now accepting e-transfer payments. Please e-transfer to info@villageofloonlake.ca,
     • Utility Bills Payments – include your account number in the message.
     • Property Tax Payments – include your roll number or customer number in the message.

3. Debit, Cash or Cheque
   • You can pay via debit, cash or cheque in the office
4. Credit Card Payments:
   • You can pay by credit card in the office or over the phone by contacting the Village Office at 306-837-2076. Please note that a 2% processing fee will apply to all credit card payments.
