Important Notice to the Residents of the Village of Loon Lake
Dear Residents,
Due to further restrictions imposed by the ongoing postal strike, the Village of Loon Lake is currently unable to send water bills by mail. Additionally, we are now unable to send any mail within our community to other Loon Lake post office boxes.
We understand the importance of timely billing and payments, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation during this disruption.
We will continue to email utility bills to those already set up for E-Billing.
What You Can Do:
- Inquire About Your Bill: Please contact the Village Office directly at 306-837-2076 or officeadmin@sasktel.net to obtain your water bill details.
- Visit Our Website: Additional information and updates are available at www.villageofloonlake.ca.
Payment Options:
We offer a couple of convenient ways to pay your water bill:
- Online Banking:
- Pay through online banking with CIBC or your local Credit Union. Simply add the Village of Loon Lake (utility) as a payee and include your account number, your account number is located in the top righthand corner of your previous water bill.
- Credit Card Payments:
- You can pay by credit card over the phone by contacting the Village Office at 306-837-2076. Please note that a 2% processing fee will apply to all credit card payments.
- Debit, Cash or Cheque
- You can pay via debit, cash or Cheque in the office
Sign Up for E-Billing
To avoid future disruptions and ensure reliable delivery of your water bills, we encourage you to sign up for e-billing. By opting for e-billing, you will receive your water bill via email, ensuring timely and convenient access.
